Cookies & Tracking
Last updated: Oct 9, 2026
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. We use a few of our own cookies to keep you signed in and remember your choices. Unless you opt out, we also use tags from Meta to measure our advertising. This page explains each one and how to control them. Our Privacy Notice has more about how we use personal information.
Cookies needed to run our website
These are needed for our website to work properly, so they can't be switched off.
- sw_sess: keeps you signed in to your account. Lasts up to 30 days.
- sw_optout: remembers that you've opted out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, so we keep honoring your choice. Lasts 2 years.
- sw_admin: used only to keep our staff signed in to our store management area. Customers never receive it.
Cookies that remember referrals and campaigns
These are our own cookies. They stay with us and aren't sent to Meta.
- sw_ref: if you open a friend's referral link, remembers it so your friend can get their reward if you join. Lasts 30 days.
- sw_attr: remembers which ad campaign or link brought you to our website (for example, "utm" campaign tags, and whether you came from a Facebook or Google ad click), so we can tell which of our ads and links work. Lasts 90 days.
Advertising cookies and tags
We may use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta that runs in your browser, and Meta's Conversions API, which sends information from our server to Meta. They help us measure how our ads on Meta's platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram, perform and build advertising audiences. They only run when tracking is allowed. They never run after you've opted out, or when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
- sw_fbc: our cookie that saves the click ID when you arrive from a Meta ad (the "fbclid" tag in the link), so our ad measurement still works if the Meta Pixel is blocked. Lasts 90 days. Only set when tracking is allowed.
- _fbp and _fbc: Meta's own cookies, set when the Meta Pixel runs. They help Meta recognize your browser and connect visits to ads. Meta decides how long they last.
Before we send your email address, phone number or other contact details to Meta, we hash them (convert them into a scrambled code). Our Privacy Notice explains exactly what Meta receives.
Our loan offer and eligibility pages are never tracked. The Meta Pixel doesn't run on them, and we don't send Meta any information from them.
Your choices
- Opt out of advertising: visit our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. From that browser, we'll stop running the Meta Pixel and stop sending your information to Meta, and we'll set the sw_optout cookie to remember your choice. If you're signed in, we'll also save your choice to your account.
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as an opt-out.
- Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, you won't be able to sign in. If you delete cookies, we may forget your opt-out choice unless you're signed in or use GPC.
- Meta settings: you can manage how Meta uses information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
Opting out doesn't mean you'll see fewer ads, but the ads you see won't be based on what you do on our website from then on.
Changes to this page
We'll update this page if we change the cookies or tags we use.
