Refer-a-Friend Terms

Share PAPA YES with friends and earn store credit. These terms explain how our refer-a-friend program works. They form part of our Terms & Conditions.
How it works
- Sign in to your account to find your personal referral link.
- Share it with friends.
- When a friend who is new to PAPA YES joins through your link and places their first order, we'll add $100 of store credit to your account.
Who can take part
To share your link and earn rewards, you must be at least 18 and have a PAPA YES account in good standing.
Who counts as a qualifying friend
Your friend must:
- be new to PAPA YES, and not already have, or have had, an account;
- be at least 18 and meet the requirements in our Terms & Conditions;
- join through your link within 30 days of clicking it; and
- place their first order.
We use a cookie to remember your link for 30 days after your friend clicks it, so your friend should join on the same device and browser. If they clear their cookies or switch devices, we may not be able to match them to you. See our Cookies & Tracking page.
Rewards
- Each reward is $100 of store credit. It's added to your account after your friend places their first order.
- You can earn up to 100 rewards in any 30-day period. If more friends qualify, the extra rewards are carried over and added in the next 30 days.
- Reward credit follows our usual store credit rules. It can only be used on PAPA YES, has no cash value, and can't be transferred or exchanged for cash. It may have an expiry date; if it does, we'll tell you when it's added.
- You're responsible for any tax that applies to rewards you receive.
Playing fair
- No self-referrals. You can't refer yourself, including by opening another account.
- No duplicate or fake accounts. Each person may have only one account, and accounts with the same phone number are treated as the same person.
- Share honestly. Don't make false or misleading claims about PAPA YES. For example, don't describe our weekly payments as "interest-free", "no credit check" or a loan, and don't promise prices, approvals or rewards we don't offer.
- No spam. Only share your link with people who'd want to hear from you. Don't send bulk or unsolicited emails or texts, and follow the laws on marketing messages.
- Don't pretend to be us. Don't create ads, websites or social media accounts that look like they come from PAPA YES, and don't run paid ads using our name.
- No fake reviews. Never post fake reviews, and don't review PAPA YES or our products without making it clear that you earn rewards from us.
Tell people you get a reward
If you share your link publicly, for example on social media, a blog, a video or a forum, you must clearly tell people that you get store credit if they join through your link. Put the disclosure next to your link, where people will see it, in plain words such as "I get store credit if you join with my link." A vague tag on its own, such as "#ref" or "#sp", isn't enough. This is required by the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides.
Misuse
If we reasonably believe a referral breaks these terms or involves fraud or misuse, we may withhold or cancel the reward, suspend your referral link, or close the accounts involved. Where appropriate, we'll tell you why.
Changes to the program
We may change these terms, or pause or end the program, at any time. If we do, you'll keep any rewards you've already earned. We'll post changes on this page.
