Terms & Conditions
Last updated: Oct 9, 2026
These terms explain how PAPA YES works and the rules that apply when you open an account, use store credit and order from us. Please read them carefully. Our How Store Credit & Weekly Payments Work, Returns & Refunds, Delivery and Refer-a-Friend Terms pages also apply and form part of these terms. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your personal information.
1. Who we are
PAPA YES (https://papa-yes.com) is run by PAPA YES, . Our registered office is . In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean PAPA YES, and "you" means the person using our website or ordering from us.
You can reach us at any time through our contact form. Written notices can be sent by post to .
2. Who can use PAPA YES
To open an account and place orders, you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- live in Florida, Texas or California (the states we currently serve) and have a delivery address there;
- give us true, accurate and up-to-date information; and
- be able to enter into a binding contract.
We are launching in Florida, Texas and California. Some features, including weekly payment plans, may not be available in every state, and we may not be able to open an account or accept an order where we can't offer our service.
3. Your account
Joining is free. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for what happens on your account. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us straight away through our contact form.
Each person may have only one account. We treat accounts that share a phone number as belonging to the same person.
Please keep your details up to date, especially your email address, phone number and delivery address.
If your account was set up for you through our payments partner, these terms apply when you start using it.
4. Store credit and weekly payments
Orders on PAPA YES are paid for with store credit held in your account. We don't take card payments on our website.
Store credit is added to your account when you set up a weekly payment plan with our payments partner. The weekly amount, the number of weeks, when payments are taken, what happens if a payment is missed, and your rights under the plan are set out in the agreement you receive when you set up the plan. Please read it carefully and keep a copy. If anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement about your weekly payments, the agreement applies.
Store credit:
- can only be used on PAPA YES;
- has no cash value and can't be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash, except where the law requires; and
- doesn't expire unless we tell you otherwise when it's issued. Promotional and referral credit may have an expiry date, which we'll tell you at the time.
There's more detail on our How Store Credit & Weekly Payments Work page.
5. Products and prices
We try to describe and show products accurately, but colors and sizes may look slightly different on your screen, and packaging may vary. Product images are for illustration.
All prices are in US dollars. Product pages show the price as a weekly amount over a number of weeks, together with the total price. The total price is the amount of store credit your order will use. If sales tax or a delivery charge applies, it will be shown before you place your order.
When a product is on sale, we show the regular price crossed out next to the sale price. Sales have an end date, after which the regular price applies again.
If we find a mistake in the price or description of something you've ordered, we'll contact you before your order is dispatched. You can then choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel and have your store credit returned in full.
6. Placing an order
When you place an order, the total price is taken from your store credit. You can't place an order for more than your available store credit.
Your order then goes through these stages:
- Placed: we've received your order and taken the total from your store credit.
- Sent to fulfilment: your order is being prepared for dispatch.
- Fulfilled: your order has been dispatched.
We may decline or cancel an order before it's dispatched, for example if an item is out of stock, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud or misuse. If we do, we'll tell you and return the store credit used to your account in full.
7. Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order at any time before it's dispatched by contacting us through our contact form with your order number. When an order is cancelled, the store credit used is returned to your account.
Once an order has been dispatched it can't be cancelled, but you may be able to return it. See Returns & Refunds.
8. Delivery
We currently deliver only to addresses in Florida, Texas and California. We'll give you an estimated delivery date when your order is dispatched. Our Delivery page has the details.
Responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.
9. Returns, faulty items and your legal rights
You can return most unused items within 30 days of delivery. Our Returns & Refunds page explains how.
Many products come with a manufacturer's warranty, and the manufacturer sets its terms. We'll help you make a warranty claim where we can.
Nothing in these terms takes away any warranty or other rights you have under federal law or the law of the state where you live.
10. Optional loan offers
We may show you optional loan offers from third parties. PAPA YES does not make loans and is not a lender. If you choose to apply, your application is sent, with your consent, to a lead network that passes it to lenders and lending partners. Any loan is between you and the lender, on the lender's terms, and the lender's own privacy policy applies. Our Privacy Notice explains how your information is handled.
11. Refer-a-friend
Our refer-a-friend program has its own Refer-a-Friend Terms.
12. Using our website fairly
Please use our website fairly and lawfully. You must not:
- use it for anything fraudulent or unlawful, or open an account using false details or someone else's details;
- try to get store credit, rewards or discounts you're not entitled to;
- interfere with the website's security or operation, or try to access areas or information you're not authorized to access;
- copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the website using automated tools without our written permission; or
- upload or send anything harmful, such as viruses.
If we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, we may suspend or close the account involved, cancel orders that haven't been dispatched, and withhold credit or rewards obtained through misuse. Where appropriate, we'll tell you why.
13. Our content
Our website and its content, including text, design and logos, belong to us or to the people we license them from. Product names, brands and images belong to their owners. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not copy or use them commercially.
14. Our responsibility to you
We'll provide our service with reasonable care and skill. If we don't keep to these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that.
To the extent the law allows:
- we're not responsible for loss or damage that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses (our website is for personal use only);
- we're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we'll tell you and do what we reasonably can to limit the effect; and
- our total responsibility for any claim relating to an order is limited to the total price of that order.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Some states don't allow certain limits on responsibility, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
15. Websites and services we don't control
Our website may link to other websites and services, such as our payments partner and lenders. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
16. Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time through our contact form. Before you do, please check whether you have unspent store credit, orders in progress or a weekly payment plan still running. Closing your PAPA YES account doesn't by itself end a weekly payment agreement, so we'll explain your options when you contact us.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or if the law requires us to. We'll give you notice where we reasonably can.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in how our service works. The version shown on our website when you place an order applies to that order. If we make an important change that affects you, we'll let you know before it takes effect.
18. Communicating electronically
You agree that we can give you notices and information about your account and orders electronically, for example by email or in your account. Your weekly payment agreement explains how documents about that agreement will be given to you.
19. Disputes and the law that applies
If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Our Complaints page explains how we'll handle it, and most problems can be sorted out quickly.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where you live. You can bring a claim in the courts where you live, including small claims court. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.
20. Notice for California residents
Under California Civil Code section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following consumer rights notice: the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs can be contacted in writing or by telephone. Current contact details are on the Department's website at dca.ca.gov.
21. Other important terms
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization, for example if our business is taken over by or moved to another company, including a US company. We'll tell you if this happens, and it won't reduce your rights.
- You may not transfer your account, or your rights under these terms, to anyone else.
- If a court decides that part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest stays in force.
- If we don't enforce our rights straight away, we can still enforce them later.
- These terms, together with the pages they refer to and your weekly payment agreement, are the whole agreement between you and us about using PAPA YES.
