About the Klipsch The Fives Powered Bookshelf Speakers
Klipsch The Fives are powered bookshelf speakers designed as an alternative to a TV soundbar, with the same simple plug-in setup. Dedicated left and right speakers use Klipsch Reference horn-loaded acoustic technology for a wide stereo soundstage, and built-in dynamic bass EQ is designed to keep the bass full at any volume, with a 160 W maximum power rating.
There are plenty of ways to connect. HDMI-ARC links them straight to your TV for discrete two-channel sound, and there are also Bluetooth 5, digital optical, USB and analog RCA inputs, plus a built-in phono preamp so you can plug in a turntable. A subwoofer output lets you add more bass later, and 192kHz/24-bit decoding handles high-resolution audio files.
Standing 12 inches tall and 6.5 inches wide, with removable magnetic grilles, they suit TV rooms and record-listening setups where you want stereo speakers without a separate amplifier.
