About the Stamina Conversion II Recumbent Bike and Rower (15-9003)
The Stamina Conversion II combines a recumbent exercise bike and a rowing machine in one unit, so you can switch between seated cycling and rowing without buying two machines. Resistance comes from a quiet magnetic system with eight levels, set with an easy-to-reach tension dial.
The steel frame and aluminum rowing beam support users up to 250 lb. The molded foam seat adjusts quickly, and a padded seatback adds support. Pedal straps keep your feet in place while cycling, the rowing footplates pivot, and an LCD monitor tracks speed, distance, time, calories and pulse using sensors in the handgrips.
When you're finished, the frame folds and moves on built-in wheels. It suits households that want two cardio options in one footprint, and it includes free access to the müüv smart audio coaching app.
