About the Secretlab MAGNUS Pro Sit-to-Stand Metal Desk – Warhammer Edition
The Secretlab MAGNUS Pro is a motorized sit-to-stand desk built for people who want a clean, well-organized workstation, and this listing is the Warhammer edition. A heavy-duty steel frame supports up to 265 lbs, and dual electric motors move the desk between 25.6 and 49.2 inches, so you can switch between sitting and standing with ease.
Its standout feature is the integrated power supply column, which powers everything on the desk through a single external power cord. A full-length cable management tray hides power strips and routed cords under a hinged rear cover, so the space behind your monitors stays tidy.
Height is set with a flush-mounted capacitive touch panel that stores three height presets, and the desk has a built-in anti-collision system. The magnetic steel desktop works with Secretlab's full-coverage MAGPAD desk mat and modular magnetic accessories such as cable anchors, ties and sheaths.
What reviewers say
Reviewers rate the MAGNUS Pro as one of the most polished standing desks they've tested, praising its sturdy steel build, smooth dual motors and especially its built-in cable tray and power column. The main drawbacks are the price, particularly once you add Secretlab's accessories, and the desk's size and weight, which make assembly a two-person job. Coverage of the Warhammer edition liked the themed design but noted the extra cost.
Pros
- Very stable, solid steel construction
- Smooth dual-motor height adjustment
- Excellent built-in cable management and power column
- Easy touch controls with height presets
Cons
- Expensive, especially with accessories
- Large and heavy; two-person assembly recommended
