About the Barbie Dreamhouse Pool Party Doll House with 3-Story Slide and 75+ Pieces
The Barbie Dreamhouse is a three-level doll house built for 360-degree play, with a wide, open floorplan and 10 indoor and outdoor living areas. Its standout feature is a three-story spiral slide, which Barbie says is the tallest in the Dreamhouse series to date, sending dolls from the top floor down into the pool for a pool party.
Pets get plenty of attention too, with a puppy slide and pool, a pet elevator, a doggie door, a pet bed and a puppy figure. The main working elevator is wheelchair-accessible, the top-floor bonus room transforms into a sleepover space so the house can sleep four dolls, and the bedroom has an extra pull-out bed. Battery-powered integrated lights and sounds add to the fun.
With more than 75 storytelling pieces and customizable spaces, it's designed for kids ages 3 and up. Assembly is required, but no tools are needed. Dolls are not included, and colors and decorations may vary. It measures about 61.8 inches wide, 27.6 inches deep and 45 inches tall, so plan for some floor space.
What reviewers say
TTPM and Scary Mommy highlighted the new three-story spiral slide into the pool, along with the number of play areas, accessories and pet features packed into the house. On the downside, TTPM found assembly tricky, with some parts hard to attach and a few features not working properly on its unit, and noted the house takes up a lot of floor space and needs batteries that aren't included.
Pros

- Lots of rooms and accessories for open-ended play
- Plenty of pet-themed features
- Sleepover setup lets the house sleep four dolls
Cons
- Assembly is fiddly, and some parts are tricky to attach
- Large footprint needs a lot of floor space
- Batteries for the lights and sounds aren't included
