About the Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 16" Touchscreen Laptop (Gen 10) – Intel Core Ultra 5 226V, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD
The Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 (16-inch, Gen 10) is a convertible Copilot+ PC whose 360-degree hinge lets it fold between laptop, tent, stand and tablet modes. This configuration uses an Intel Core Ultra 5 226V processor with Intel Arc 130V graphics and a built-in NPU for AI features, plus 16GB of LPDDR5X memory and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD.
The 16-inch WUXGA (1920 x 1200) IPS touchscreen has a 16:10 shape, 300-nit brightness and a 60Hz refresh rate. Its 70Wh battery is rated by Lenovo for up to 12.5 hours in the MobileMark 30 test and up to 26.5 hours of local 1080p video playback, and Rapid Charge Express is designed to add about three hours of use from a 15-minute charge while the laptop is off or hibernating.
Connectivity includes two Thunderbolt 4 ports, a USB-A port, HDMI, a microSD reader, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. The backlit keyboard has a numeric keypad and a Copilot key, and four speakers are tuned with Dolby Atmos. It suits students and home-office users who want a big-screen convertible.
What reviewers say
Laptop Mag's review of the 16-inch Yoga 7i 2-in-1 (2025) with the same 1920 x 1200 IPS screen found surprisingly capable integrated graphics, long battery life and good speakers for the money. Its main criticism was the display, which it found dim and washed out, and it also called the webcam grainy. Its test unit had a Core Ultra 7 chip, so this Core Ultra 5 version may be a little slower.
Pros
- Strong integrated graphics for its class
- Long battery life
- Good speakers
- Versatile 2-in-1 design
Cons
- Dim, washed-out display
- Grainy webcam
