What reviewers say

LaptopMedia tested the AMD-based GAMING A16 (GA63H) with a Ryzen 7 260, an RTX 5070 and the same 1920 x 1200 165Hz panel. It found the GPU stayed cool and stable in long gaming sessions, measured nearly 8 hours of video playback, and praised the USB4 port, the upgradeability and the PWM-free screen. It also found the RTX 5070 heavily power-limited, with gaming results among the lowest it has recorded for that GPU, measured only 52% sRGB color coverage on this panel, and saw the CPU reach 94°C under sustained load. Notebookcheck reviewed the Intel version (GA6H) with an RTX 5070 and a 2560 x 1600 screen, scoring it 80%. It noted consistent CPU and GPU performance, decent battery life, good sound and easy upgrades, but loud fans under load and slight SSD throttling.
