About the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Plus 15.6" AMOLED Laptop (Intel Core 3, 8GB RAM, 256GB, Neptune Blue)
The Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Plus is a 15.6-inch ChromeOS laptop with a slim 11.8mm profile and a weight of 1.17 kg. Its Full HD AMOLED display covers 120% of the DCI-P3 color range at 400 nits of brightness, so photos and shows look vivid, with true blacks in dark scenes.
An Intel Core 3 processor, 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage handle everyday work and browsing, and a dedicated Quick Insert key sits on the backlit keyboard. A 1080p webcam, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 cover video calls and wireless accessories, while HDMI and a microSD card slot make it easy to add a monitor or extra storage. Battery life is rated at up to 13 hours from the 68Wh battery.
It suits students, remote workers and families who want a big, lightweight screen for browser-based work and entertainment, and the Neptune Blue finish gives it a distinctive look.
What reviewers say
Reviewers like the Galaxy Chromebook Plus for its bright, vivid AMOLED screen, a very thin and light build for a 15.6-inch laptop, and snappy everyday performance. Common criticisms are weak, quiet speakers, a keyboard pushed off-center by the number pad, and battery life that drops quickly under heavy use. Some also feel it's pricey for a Chromebook without a touchscreen.

- Very thin and light for its screen size
- Snappy performance for ChromeOS
- Comfortable keyboard, with a numeric keypad for number-heavy work
Cons

- Off-center keyboard layout takes getting used to
- No touchscreen or fingerprint reader at this price
