What reviewers say
RTINGS tested the 65-inch M70H and rates it a basic entry-level set: input lag is very low, but there is no local dimming despite the Mini LED label, so dark scenes look gray, and it isn't bright enough to beat glare in a moderately lit room. It is also limited to 60Hz with no HDMI 2.1 bandwidth. Best Buy shoppers often mention easy setup, though some find the remote fiddly and performance a little slow.
Pros
- Very low input lag, and Game Mode doesn't reduce picture quality
- VRR works in a narrow range near 60Hz
- A touch brighter, with better color, than Samsung's U8000H
- Shoppers report quick, easy setup
Cons
- No local dimming, so dark scenes look flat and grayish
- Not bright enough to overcome glare in a moderately lit room
- 60Hz only, with no HDMI 2.1 bandwidth for high-refresh gaming
